Job summary

Henry Schein One is seeking a Software Implementations Project Manager to plan, lead, and oversee the implementation of enterprise practice management software for dental clients across private, public, and government sectors.

This remote role within the United States requires collaboration with internal teams and customers, with up to 10% travel. You will drive project plans, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Typically 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
• PM certifications such as CAPM, PMP, Project+ are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including calls.
• Advanced PM skills and professional presentation abilities.
• Experience with client/server and cloud (SaaS) applications.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize and control projects from start to finish.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers during implementation.
• Set customer expectations and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and escalations.
• Provide updated implementation plans, schedules, and metrics.
• Collaborate across teams and build partnerships internally and externally.
