Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to develop and close new business or expand within existing Public Sector accounts. You will lead prospecting, run product demonstrations, and negotiate enterprise-level proposals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

The role reports to the Regional Vice President and includes remote work options, with a focus on meeting monthly and quarterly quotas and driving adoption of DocuSign solutions across government

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of prior software sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Proven track record in prospecting, developing leads, managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive success by achieving individual sales quotas.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline within a geographic territory or core verticals.
• Deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations by phone or online.
• Develop and negotiate enterprise level proposals and contracts.
• Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately with proper use of sales tools.
• Collaborate with pre/post sales resources and cross-functional teams.
