Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Security Solutions Executive to grow security business within a defined territory. You will generate opportunities by leveraging SHI data and partner insights, acting as a customer-facing security SME to build a robust pipeline and close security deals.

This role reports to Austin, TX or remote if located elsewhere, with home office setup as determined by SHI Management. Expect travel ~20% and a focus on enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in Inside/Outside Sales.
• 3+ years of direct security sales experience.
• Willingness to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Generate and drive pipeline by understanding customer needs and positioning security solutions.
• Drive security growth by profiling, qualifying, and meeting Enterprise customers.
• Serve as a customer-facing security SME to help customers select, deploy, adopt, and manage security technology.
• Engage with Enterprise sales and technical teams to initiate and close opportunities.
• Partner with sales leadership to execute growth strategy for Security products.
• Achieve security growth KPIs and manage the pipeline effectively.
• Guide customers through governance best practices for scalable cloud adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver long-term value.
