Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Security Solutions Executive to grow the security business within a defined enterprise territory.

You will leverage SHI data and partner information to generate opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and close security deals as a customer-facing subject matter expert. The role reports to Austin, TX or remotely if located elsewhere, with Home Office setup as determined by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of Inside/Outside Sales experience.
• 3+ years of direct security sales experience.
• Ability to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Generate and drive pipeline by understanding customer needs and positioning SHI solutions.
• Drive security growth by profiling and meeting with Enterprise customers.
• Serve as customer-facing security expert on products, services, and SHI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Enterprise sales and technical teams to qualify opportunities and close pipeline.
• Partner with sales leadership to execute the growth strategy for Security products.
• Sales executions against security growth KPIs and pipeline management.
• Guide customers through governance best practices to enable cloud adoption.
• Work with sellers, internal resources, and partners to deliver long-term value.
