Job summary

Ashby, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader for North America to own revenue outcomes and scale our Enterprise AE team.

You will partner with senior AEs in a team-selling motion to maximize win rates on large opportunities and navigate complex replacement deals. You will build a high-caliber team and drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to create a flywheel for future enterprise customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise SaaS products to large organizations.
• Proven ability to lead and scale an Enterprise Account Executive team.
• Strong track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.
