Job summary

Ashby, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager in North America to lead the segment and scale the Enterprise AE team.

You will be accountable for revenue results and partner with senior AEs to maximize win rates on the company’s largest opportunities. You will hire strategically to match market demand and foster alignment across Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Professional Services, establishing a flywheel for future enterprise customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams.
• Proven track record closing large, multi-product deals.
• Experience hiring and onboarding enterprise AEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America Enterprise AE team and drive revenue growth for the segment.
• Partner with senior AEs to win large opportunities and manage deal risks.
• Align with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Professional Services to create a scalable enterprise flywheel.
• Report to the Head of AMER Sales and shape the go-to-market strategy and sales methodology.
• Hire high-caliber teams in step with market demand.
