Ashby, Inc. in North America is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to drive the next phase of growth for our multi-product platform.

You will lead the Enterprise AE team across West, Mountain, Pacific, and Central regions, owning revenue outcomes and navigating large, competitive replacement deals. You will build a high-caliber team, align with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Professional Services, and define a go-to-market strategy that scales with market demand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS Enterprise Account Executives delivering multi-million dollar deals.
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, and scale enterprise reps who build their own pipeline.
• Deep knowledge of multi-product enterprise sales and competitive replacement motions.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue outcomes for the NA Enterprise segment and partner with senior AEs to maximize win rates on large opportunities, while managing deal risks in complex replacements.
• Build a high-caliber Enterprise AE team aligned with market demand and a strong solution-selling capability.
• Establish cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Professional Services to create a flywheel for future enterprise growth.
