Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. This is a remote role (USA or Canada), focusing on strategic, high-value groups and leveraging inbound meetings to close.

You will work as an individual contributor with no direct reports, targeting multi-location operators and home care networks.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living operators or multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3 to 12 months.
• Interact with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for the deals that matter.
