Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for Senior Living to own multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. You’ll close high-value opportunities with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders, leveraging our AI-first digital approach.

Remote role across USA or Canada with an annual quota of $2M; the ideal candidate has a proven history of closing enterprise-level deals and prefers closing over people management.

Competenze

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into senior living groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
