Confluence Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead New Logo initiatives across the United States. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to close, targeting asset managers, fund administrators, wealth managers, and family offices.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
Experience selling to financial institutions.
New Logo / new client sales experience.
Proficient in Salesforce, Teams, Outlook and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise sales process for new clients from identification to close.
Achieve sales goals by prioritizing activity and pipeline.
Develop tailored business cases to demonstrate ROI.
Present solutions through in-person visits and web demos.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure smooth handoff from lead to close.
Maintain knowledge of benefits and pricing of Confluence offerings.
