Job summary

Datascan is seeking a Program Manager to lead the most complex, enterprise-level SaaS implementations for the Professional Services team. You will drive governance, coordination across multiple workstreams, and executive-level communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that aligns with customer objectives.

You will manage scopes, risks, and dependencies across Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and client leadership, while safeguarding profitability and transition

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years managing SaaS, enterprise software, large-scale implementation, retail technology, workflow, inventory, ERP, WMS, or operational transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise customer programs with executive stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, including services margin, forecasting, budgeting, change orders, and revenue milestones.
• PMP, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and escalation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale SaaS implementation programs involving multiple projects, phases, locations, business units, or customer stakeholder groups.
• Establish overall program structure, delivery roadmap, governance model, milestone plan, and success criteria.
• Coordinate multiple project plans into an integrated program plan.
• Manage dependencies across implementation workstreams, integrations, customer teams, internal departments, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee delivery execution across Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and customer leadership teams.
• Ensure program outcomes align with customer business objectives and contracted commitments.
