Job summary

UKG Inc. is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to sell into the Manufacturing Enterprise space.

You will use consultative selling to understand client requirements and map UKG HRMS/Global Payroll solutions to their objectives, pursuing net-new logos and long-term partnerships. The role requires 5–7+ years of cloud/SaaS sales to C-level executives, a track record of closing deals over $1M ARR, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C-level executives.
• HRMS/Global Payroll experience is a strong plus.
• BA/BS or equivalent (MBA a plus)

Responsibilities

• Sell into the Enterprise Manufacturing space with net-new logos and long-term partnerships.
• Use consultative selling to understand client requirements and map UKG HRMS/Global Payroll solutions to objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and manage multi-quarter sales cycles with senior decision-makers.
