UKG is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logo and client sales in the Manufacturing Enterprise segment. You will use consultative skills to uncover business needs and map UKG software solutions to client objectives, handling a defined territory as a true hunter.

You will manage executive relationships, present strategic plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close multi-million contracts with sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years selling cloud/SaaS to C-level executives.
• Consistently exceed a $2M+ quota with complex deals.
• Experience selling deals over $1M ARR in 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Sell into the Enterprise space within the Manufacturing Team.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop strategic sales plans to close net-new customers and expand accounts.
