Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Senior Enterprise Service Reliability and Insights Lead to oversee enterprise-wide monitoring and observability in a large DoD-aligned IT environment. You will define monitoring strategy, manage tools, develop dashboards, set alert thresholds, and drive proactive incident detection.

The role emphasizes visibility into uptime, performance, and operational risks while partnering with cloud, cybersecurity, and service desk teams to meet SLAs and enterprise

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in service reliability, monitoring engineering, IT operations, or systems engineering.
• Experience designing or managing enterprise monitoring systems and dashboards.
• Experience defining SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance measurements.
• Experience collaborating with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams for incident management.
• Experience with log analysis, event correlation, and observability platforms.
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 background investigation).

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring tools, dashboards, agents, log pipelines, and alerting configurations across environments.
• Establish alert thresholds, escalation criteria, and performance indicators for proactive detection.
• Ensure monitoring coverage aligns with uptime, performance, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with Tier 2/3 teams on system health, log analytics, and incident triage.
• Lead cross-tool event correlation for better reliability.
• Deliver insights on reliability, capacity, performance trends, and incidents.
