• Leadership experience guiding monitoring operations teams and projects

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the enterprise monitoring solution across 350+ facilities
• Provide program-level dashboards and executive reporting for senior management
• Coordinate monitoring of global infrastructure to ensure high availability for 40,000+ end users
