Amy's Kitchen is hiring a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to drive plant-wide cost savings and continuous improvement across Amy's manufacturing network. You will develop quantified business cases, apply lean methods, and coach teams to implement gold standard processes in multiple plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience leading MOS implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide CI projects delivering target savings.
• Collaborate with CI Manager, Plant Controller, and leadership to identify projects.
• Deliver year-over-year cost savings and track forecasting.
• Coach teams in lean tools and standard work.
• Support cross-location knowledge transfer of best practices.
• Drive cost savings, capacity, and productivity improvements.
• Engage with Maintenance, Sanitation, Finance and Engineering to validate benefits.
• Adapt to changing priorities and ensure timely milestones.
