Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to lead cross-plant CI initiatives across the manufacturing network in California. You will apply structured problem-solving to deliver quantified savings and drive safety, engagement, and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities include developing business cases, leveraging plant data, coaching teams, and aligning with Finance to validate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum three years of related manufacturing experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide projects focusing on Safety, Employee Engagement, Delivery, Cost and Capacity.
• Collaborate with CI Manager, plant leadership, and Plant Controller to identify and execute projects and deliver target savings.
• Mentor teams in continuous improvement tools and document standard work across locations.
