Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an External Enrichment Strategy Manager to lead the launch, growth, and performance of enrichment programs across the KinderCare family of brands. You’ll identify and build vendor partnerships that expand offerings, generate revenue, and create high-quality experiences for children and families.

In partnership with field leaders, internal teams, and external partners, you’ll scale programs across brands, monitor performance, and drive adoption nationwide

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project management, operations, or multi-unit operations leadership.
• Proven track record translating strategy into execution at scale.
• Strong project management skills for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience driving revenue accountability and financial performance at the operational level.
• Experience building scalable operational frameworks, tools, and training programs.
• Experience in childcare, education, or service-based industries with distributed operations.
• Experience building operational infrastructure for new programs.
• Familiarity with center P&L management and relevant metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partnership development & portfolio expansion: identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships across brands.
• Execute and launch new enrichment programs with onboarding, timelines, tooling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop scalable processes, procedures, and tools for consistent program delivery across brands.
• Drive revenue growth and center adoption by tracking metrics and removing barriers.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, pricing, procurement, training, product development, and field leadership to solve challenges.
• Use data, research, and field feedback to improve programs and inform future development.
