Job summary

Springboard Collaborative seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive full-cycle new business in K-12 districts across the United States. You will engage with district leadership, articulate our literacy-based programs, and close multi-district partnerships from initial outreach to signed agreements.

The role is remote within the United States, with preference for candidates in Southeast or Northeast metro areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a sales role focused on building new partnerships in the K–12 education market.
• Demonstrated success in positioning complex K-12 service-as-a-solution sales in districts with more than 20,000 students.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through a consultative approach with district leadership.
• Cultivate relationships and sell programming to reach new business targets.
• Demonstrate Springboard’s value propositions and adapt messaging for partners.
• Manage opportunities to close new partnerships within a 12-18 month sales cycle.
• Build and execute account plans and pipeline for assigned territories.
