This remote role emphasizes net-new revenue, building trusted relationships and positioning EPAM as a transformation partner across digital, data and AI. Collaboration with internal teams will tailor solutions for senior executives.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in IT sales / business development focusing on enterprise clients.
• Established network across industries in the New England region.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with Directors, VPs and C-suite.
• Experience with evangelizing transformational ideas and building a vision for large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts and drive net-new revenue.
• Prospect, engage, and close net-new accounts leveraging industry relationships.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop senior stakeholder relationships within target organizations.
• Position EPAM as a trusted transformation partner across digital, data, cloud and AI.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
