Zusammenfassung

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio leader to own two enterprise learning offerings (Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training). You’ll shape strategy, pricing, and go-to-market, collaborating with marketing, sales, and solutioning teams to position these products for enterprise clients.

In six months you’ll develop a clear POV and roadmap, grounded in enterprise transformation, career mobility, and AI-driven learning. This is remote-friendly in the U.S. market.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role, ideally in enterprise learning, L&D, HR technology, or B2B learning and subscription offerings
• Experience contributing to or managing revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes, and supporting an offering from insight through launch to growth
• Strong data fluency, with the ability to use evidence to make clear portfolio and investment recommendations
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market decisions
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to engage senior enterprise buyers

Aufgaben

• The day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including accountability for their P&L
• Commercial strategy recommendations for both offerings, including positioning and differentiation
• Pricing and packaging proposals, developed with finance and sales
• Go-to-market execution: segmentation, buyer personas, launch plans, sales enablement, and partner and client positioning
• The learning roadmap for both environments, prioritizing and bringing to market learning experiences
• Cross-functional coordination to launch offerings on time and within budget
