Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially oriented portfolio leader to own Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training. You will shape strategy, pricing, and go-to-market for enterprise learning products, blending research, AI-enabled insights, and cross-functional execution.

You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and partners to ensure strong customer value, measurable outcomes, and differentiated market positioning across L&D and tech skilling offerings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or portfolio management, ideally in enterprise learning or B2B offerings.
• Experience driving revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes from insight to growth.
• Strong data fluency to base portfolio decisions on evidence.

Responsibilities

• Translate market insight and financial performance into strategy, roadmap, and GTM decisions.
• Define portfolio requirements and success metrics with design and psychometrics teams.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and delivery to align roadmaps and learning experiences.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to launch offerings on time and within budget.
