Job summary

Pearson is hiring for a commercially minded portfolio leader to own the Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training businesses. You’ll drive P&L, pricing, and lifecycle management, working with sales, finance, and product teams to prioritize the roadmap and market differentiation.

You will lead go-to-market strategy, develop compelling buyer-focused materials, and leverage AI to enhance learning outcomes and customer value across enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes, and supporting an offering from insight through launch to growth.
• Strong data fluency, with the ability to use evidence to make portfolio and investment recommendations.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market decisions.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to engage senior enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance and P&L for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and budgets.
• Develop commercial strategy and pricing/packaging in collaboration with finance and sales.
• Create go-to-market plans: segmentation, personas, launches, sales enablement, partnerships, and client positioning.
• Define learning outcomes and portfolio roadmap with measurable value for customers and learners.
• Apply AI tools to portfolio work, prototyping, hypothesis testing, and data synthesis.
