Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio professional to own the Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training offerings. You will connect market insight, financial performance, and learning quality to drive strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market decisions.

You will partner with sales, delivery, and product teams, shaping pricing, packaging, and campaigns that resonate with HR, L&D, and enterprise leaders. A strong track record in enterprise learning is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role in enterprise learning, L&D, HR technology, or B2B learning and subscription offerings.
• Experience contributing to or managing revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes, and supporting an offering from insight through launch to growth.
• Strong data fluency, with the ability to use evidence to make portfolio and investment recommendations.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market decisions.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to engage senior enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including P&L, revenue, margin, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Develop commercial strategy recommendations and pricing/packaging proposals with finance and sales.
• Lead go-to-market execution: segmentation, buyer personas, launches, sales enablement, and partner positioning.
• Define the learning roadmap, prioritizing experiences and delivering measurable value for customers and learners.
• Maintain portfolio roadmap, define requirements, success metrics, and align with platform and portfolio priorities.
• Apply AI tools to portfolio work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
