Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially focused portfolio professional to own Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training performance within ECT. You will lead strategy, pricing, GTM, and cross-functional execution to drive enterprise learning outcomes and client value.

You will partner with sales, delivery, product, and finance to align portfolios with market needs, while leveraging AI to accelerate impact. This role offers a strong compensation package and annual incentive.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience contributing to or managing revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes.
• Strong data fluency to inform portfolio and investment decisions.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior buyers.
• Knowledge of enterprise change management, career mobility, technology skilling, AI-enabled transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build current insight into enterprise transformation, career success, technology skilling, and AI-enabled transformation using research and customer discovery.
• Analyze competitors and adjacent offerings to sharpen differentiation and market position.
• Develop and propose the vision and strategy for both offerings, including AI-enabled learning improvements, then align sales, delivery, and partner teams.
• Define effective learning outcomes for employees and how great performance looks in roles.
• Build and maintain the portfolio roadmap balancing demand, commercial return, learning quality, and delivery capacity.
• Define requirements and success metrics with learning designers to ensure evidence-based value.
• Partner with product management and technical teams to align roadmap with learner needs and enterprise requirements.
• Use outcomes data and learner performance to improve the portfolio and guide investments.
• Apply AI tools in portfolio work, prototyping, hypothesis testing, and data synthesis.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and business cases for finance and leadership review.
• Equip sales with narratives, ROI stories, and client-ready materials.
• Coordinate across functions to enable decisions in a matrixed environment.
• Contribute Pearson offerings perspective to planning cycles and leadership forums.
