You should have 5–10 years IT sales experience, strong C-level engagement skills, and a track record of selling professional and managed services. The role is remote with opportunity for field activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years IT sales experience.
• Ability to cultivate C-level relationships and understand underlying business drivers.
• Experience selling professional and managed services.
• Knowledge of Federal contracting and acquisition vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop a competitive sales strategy
• Manage a dedicated sales territory comprised of medium to large enterprise accounts
• Have insight into industry trends for cloud computing, consumptive models, and creative financing options
• Develop and maintain customer base
• Promote Red River as a Solutions and Services provider
• Drive revenue and margin through individual account base
• Technical acumen in networking or datacenter infrastructure
• Maintain knowledge base on new and existing products
• Deep understanding in sales methodology of prospecting, pipeline, and forecast
• Understand customer pain points and develop solutions around their requirements
