Job summary

OffSec is seeking an Account Executive to lead US Federal DoD/IC cybersecurity training sales. This remote role requires building a territory plan, engaging with decision-makers, and closing multi-month deals.

You will coordinate with marketing, resellers, and partners, deliver platform demonstrations, and navigate DoD contracting vehicles. Travel as needed to opportunities and events, while meeting or exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling into the U.S. Federal Government DoD/IC community.
• Proven results and track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex deals.
• Ability to forecast and manage pipelines.
• Strong account management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to drive sales of OffSec's cybersecurity training platform.
• Demonstrate platform demos and respond to quotes, RFPs, and proposals.
• Coordinate with marketing and channel partners to develop campaigns.
• Navigate DoD contracting processes and various contract vehicles.
• Forecast accurately and maintain the sales pipeline; travel as required.
