Job summary

First Advantage seeks a Sr. Professional Services Manager (Implementation) to lead complex enterprise deployments from discovery through go-live and stabilization. You will translate customer requirements into practical solutions, align internal teams, and drive time-to-revenue while ensuring quality and outcomes.

This 100% remote role in the United States requires travel up to 25% and close collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex enterprise implementations or professional services in B2B SaaS.
• Strong discovery, requirements gathering, scope and risk management, and launch readiness.
• Ability to translate integrations, APIs, data exchange, and configuration into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations from discovery to go-live and transition to Customer Success.
• Translate customer needs into scalable, implementable solutions and guide stakeholder decisions.
• Plan, scope, milestones, and ownership with clear success measures and risk controls.
