Job summary

Wellthy is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to own end-to-end enterprise deployments, including flagship clients, reporting directly to the CEO during a transition and guiding autonomous decision-making.

The role emphasizes strategic implementation, project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on problem solving to deliver scalable backup care and care concierge solutions across a growing client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Implementation or Client Services.
• Experience in a backup care service preferred.
• Track record of owning outcomes independently, not just executing a plan handed to you.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation strategy and execution for enterprise accounts, including flagship clients.
• Build, refine, and continuously improve scalable implementation processes to support Wellthy’s growth across Backup Care and Care Concierge.
• Operate with high autonomy — make tradeoffs and elevate only when necessary.
• Lead multiple concurrent client implementations, meeting launch timelines and enrollment targets.
• Set and own performance targets: on-time launch rate, implementation NPS, post-launch client satisfaction.
