Job summary

Brightflag is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end implementations for large enterprise customers. You will partner with engineering, product, and customer success to deliver beyond go-live and ensure long-term health and satisfaction.

You will work across legal operations and technical stakeholders, configuring the Brightflag platform, managing data migrations, and shaping Professional Services as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements effectively with both technical teams and non-technical customer stakeholders.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning and risk management across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to and influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical approach to requirements gathering and ability to stay structured and thorough in understanding customer needs.
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset — actively seek out information and solutions rather than waiting to be directed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large enterprise customers and ensure go-live on time.
• Serve as trusted advisor to legal ops leaders, GC, and tech stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple implementations, manage priorities and risks.
• Translate customer requirements into a clear implementation plan.
• Configure workflows, billing guidelines, reporting, and security.
• Own data migration strategy for large, complex datasets.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on features and integrations.
• Define success metrics with the Customer Success Manager.
• Ensure needs met and drive ongoing growth and adoption.
