This fully remote Enterprise HCM Client Account Executive role focuses on engaging executive-level clients, aligning Paylocity solutions with company objectives, and closing new and expanded sales in the U.S. market.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, high activity, and the ability to work across teams to deliver results. Remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a sales position.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new current client opportunities leveraging Paylocity’s expertise and industry profile.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products to current clients with 500+ employees.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Organize and obtain documentation for clients adding functionality.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth transitions.
• Develop executive-level relationships to drive adoption of new features.
• Maintain quarterly touchpoints to determine client needs for additional services.
• Collaborate with service partners to enhance the client experience.
• Attend trade shows, conferences and events to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
