Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Enterprise HCM Account Executive for a fully remote role in the U.S. You will engage executive-level clients to align Paylocity’s solutions with company objectives and drive new and expanded sales agreements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, and a consultative selling approach to close big deals with large organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Strong ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
• Excellent prospecting, research, and pipeline management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools to track opportunities and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new current client opportunities leveraging Paylocity’s expertise and industry profile.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products with current clients (500+ employees).
• Prepare and present proposals with timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Organize and obtain documentation for clients adding functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for added functionality.
• Build executive-level relationships through telemarketing, onsite meetings, referrals, and contacts.
• Maintain quarterly touchpoints to identify needs for additional services.
• Collaborate with service partners to deliver best client experience.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
