Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks an Enterprise HCM Account Executive to engage current clients at executive level and close new and expanded sales with 500+ employees.

You'll work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment, build executive relationships, present proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client success. This is a fully remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
• 5+ years of sales experience in a competitive environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new client opportunities and drive new business with 500+ employee targets.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products to current clients; manage proposals and follow-up.
• Build executive-level relationships and drive adoption of new features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and high client satisfaction.
