Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking an Enterprise HCM Account Executive for a fully remote role in the U.S. The role targets current clients with 500+ employees and aims to close new and expanded sales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a quota-driven, fast-paced environment. Base pay varies by location with a comprehensive benefits package and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to maintain high activity standards.
• Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new current client business opportunities leveraging the company’s expertise.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products and services to current clients (>=500 employees).
• Prepare and present proposals and provide follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Organize, complete and obtain documentation for clients adding functionality.
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth transitions for added functionality.
• Establish executive-level relationships with clients via telemarketing, meetings, referrals, and networks to drive adoption of new features.
• Maintain quarterly touchpoints with clients to identify needs for additional services.
• Attend trade shows, conferences and events to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas for the territory.
• Other duties as assigned.
