Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise staffing and leadership experience.
• 2+ years of national sales experience.
• Experience with sales technology and leveraging a digital sales model.
• Experience with skills based hiring or leading change in a similar space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop National Sales Strategy and scalable execution plan.
• Expand Employer Partnerships and enterprise-level accounts nationwide.
• Drive market positioning as a leader in inclusive hiring and workforce development.
• Own revenue targets and manage a predictable growth pipeline.
• Lead negotiations and guide contract execution.
