Job summary

For our client, Ladders, we seek a Senior Enterprise Product Manager, FP&A to own product strategy for enterprise FP&A workflows supporting planning, reporting, and finance operations. Remote role with cross-functional collaboration across Finance leadership.

In this strategic position, you will partner with stakeholders to shape operating models, improve budgeting and forecasting, and drive data quality while exploring AI-enabled improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with complex internal platforms or enterprise software.
• Ability to understand user pain points in operational and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and inform roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for FP&A workflows across planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to define future-state FP&A operating models.
• Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and finance operating rhythms.
• Enhance reporting and insights for finance leaders through dashboards and decision-support tools.
• Lead product work to improve scalability and interoperability of FP&A systems.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
