For our client, Ladders, we seek a Senior Enterprise Product Manager, FP&A to own product strategy for enterprise FP&A workflows supporting planning, reporting, and finance operations. Remote role with cross-functional collaboration across Finance leadership.

In this strategic position, you will partner with stakeholders to shape operating models, improve budgeting and forecasting, and drive data quality while exploring AI-enabled improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with complex internal platforms or enterprise software.
• Ability to understand user pain points in operational and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and inform roadmap decisions.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Enterprise Product Manager, FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own product strategy and execution for enterprise FP&A workflows that support planning, reporting, and finance operations. The person in this role will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape future-state operating models and improve decision-making across the organization. This is a highly strategic opportunity to strengthen budgeting, forecasting, scalability, and data quality while identifying practical uses for AI and automation.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $148,835 – $175,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for FP&A workflows across planning and reporting
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to define future-state FP&A operating models
• Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and finance operating rhythms
• Enhance reporting and insights for finance leaders through dashboards and decision-support tools
• Lead product work to improve scalability and interoperability of FP&A systems
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency and data quality
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with complex internal platforms or enterprise software
• Strong product judgment in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with finance systems and data quality-focused workflows
• Ability to understand user pain points in operational and executive reporting
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and inform roadmap decisions
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces toward clear product strategies
