Job summary

Partner Company in the United States is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis in a fast-growing environment. You will own AOP, reforecasting, LRP, and consolidation, building scalable frameworks and standardized reporting to support executive decisions.

You will partner with senior leaders, challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and deliver actionable financial insights while mentoring one direct report and advancing the finance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• End-to-end planning: AOP, reforecasting, LRP, executive presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics to support decisions.
• Consolidation, reporting, and financial rigor improvements.
• Design scalable planning frameworks and standardized processes.
• Cross-functional leadership to align finance and operations.
• Executive communication of financial performance to leaders.
• Willingness to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Diversity in educational background encouraged if capable.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and cross-department inputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation framework and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models and translate insights into actions.
• Improve planning and reporting processes to increase transparency and speed.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals and priorities.
• Mentor a direct report and contribute to day-to-day FP&A work.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial discipline and visibility.
