Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking an experienced Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive growth across banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, and financial institutions. This is a fully remote hunter role with base pay of $160,000–$170,000 plus uncapped commission and full benefits.

You will develop strategic outbound plans, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles to close large, strategic deals in a PE-backed fintech platform involved in

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise fintech, lending technology, risk tech, fraud, or decisioning platform sales.
• Proven success selling into banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, fintechs, or financial institutions.
• Experience engaging decision-makers such as Chief Credit Officers, Credit Risk Executives, Consumer Lending Leaders, Underwriting Leaders.
• Strong hunter mentality with a history of self-generated pipeline.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue generation.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit organizations.
• Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer-facing events.
• Help shape go-to-market strategy within a high-growth environment.
