Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise fintech, lending or risk tech sales.
• Proven success selling to banks, credit unions, or financial institutions.
• Experience engaging C-level decision-makers (e.g., Chief Credit Officers, Risk Executives, Underwriting Leaders).
• Strong hunter with self-generated pipeline.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit.
• Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer-facing events.
• Help shape go-to-market strategy within a high-growth environment.
