Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue across banks and financial institutions. This fully remote role focuses on selling enterprise software for lending, risk, fraud prevention, and decisioning automation.

You will manage complex enterprise cycles, build executive relationships, and collaborate with product and leadership to deliver outcomes. Strong hunter instincts and 7+ years in fintech sales are required.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise fintech, lending tech, risk tech, fraud or decisioning platform sales.
Proven success selling into banks, credit unions, consumer lenders or financial institutions.
Experience engaging senior decision-makers (C-level to VP) across lending/risk groups.
Strong hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline and complex sales cycles.
Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue.
Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit orgs.
Prospect and create opportunities via networking, referrals, events, and outreach.
Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract.
Collaborate with product, implementation and leadership teams to drive outcomes.
Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer events.
Help shape go-to-market strategy in a high-growth environment.
