Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive for a fully remote role in the United States. The position targets banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, and financial institutions, with a base salary of $160,000–$170,000 plus uncapped commissions.

The ideal candidate will lead net-new revenue generation, navigate complex enterprise cycles, and collaborate with product and leadership teams to drive long-term success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise fintech or lending technology sales experience.
• Proven success selling to banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, or financial institutions.
• Experience engaging decision-makers such as Chief Credit Officers, Credit Risk Executives, Consumer Lending Leaders, Underwriting Leaders, Digital Lending Executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue generation.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit organizations.
• Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer-facing events.
• Help shape go-to-market strategy within a high-growth environment.
