Job summary

MDS Staffing is seeking an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue across banks, credit unions, and consumer lenders. This fully remote role focuses on strategic outbound selling of enterprise software for lending, risk, and decisioning platforms.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to contract, build senior-level relationships, and collaborate with product and leadership to shape go-to-market strategies. Competitive base salary $160k–$170k with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise fintech or lending tech sales.
• Proven success selling to banks, credit unions, and lenders.
• Experience engaging C-level decision-makers.
• Strong hunter with self-generated pipeline.
• Able to navigate complex enterprise cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

• Develop and execute outbound plan for net-new revenue.
