Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive new business with banks, credit unions, and consumer lenders. This fully remote role offers a base salary of $160,000–$170,000 plus uncapped commission and a strong benefits package.

You will lead strategic outbound campaigns, engage senior decision-makers, and manage complex enterprise deals from discovery through contract. Travel is required for customer and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise fintech, lending tech, or decisioning platform sales.
• Proven success selling into banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, or financial institutions.
• Experience engaging C-level decision-makers (e.g., Chief Credit Officers, Credit Risk Executives) and other senior leaders.
• Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated history of self-generated pipeline creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue generation.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit organizations.
• Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer-facing events.
