Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive revenue with a fully remote, U.S.-based team. You will lead strategic outbound efforts, build executive-level relationships, and manage large, complex deals in lending, risk, and decisioning platforms.

You will collaborate with product and leadership to close enterprise opportunities, travel as needed, and contribute to a high-growth go-to-market strategy in a PE-backed fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise fintech or lending technology sales experience.
• Proven success selling into large financial institutions (banks, credit unions, lenders).
• Experience engaging senior leaders (C-suite, risk executives, lending leaders).
• Strong hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline creation.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue generation.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit organizations.
• Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer-facing events.
• Help shape go-to-market strategy within a high-growth environment.
