Connectly Recruiting seeks an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive new business across banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, and financial institutions. This remote, U.S.-based role focuses on strategic relationships and managing complex enterprise sales cycles for decisioning platforms and risk technology.

You will collaborate with product and leadership, travel as needed for events, and earn an uncapped commission on top of a $160,000–$170,000 base.

Formación

• 7+ years of enterprise fintech, lending tech, risk tech, fraud, or decisioning platform sales.
• Proven success selling to banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, fintechs, or financial institutions.
• Experience engaging senior leaders (CIO/COO/Chief Credit Officers) and decision-makers.
• Strong hunt and self-generated pipeline capability; skilled in navigating long cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan for net-new revenue.
• Build relationships with senior lending, risk, underwriting, and credit leaders.
• Prospect via networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to contract.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and leadership to drive outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and customer events.
• Help shape go-to-market strategy in a high-growth environment.
