Verse is building the energy intelligence platform for the AI economy. We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to own enterprise accounts from signature onward, ensuring adoption, value realization, renewal, and growth.

Join a lean, fast-moving team and help shape CS as we scale into dispatch intelligence and battery storage optimization, guiding energy buyers through PPAs and portfolio management. Travel ~20–30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, or advisory roles in energy, cleantech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of PPAs/VPPA, RECs/EACs and wholesale power markets.
• Proven track record managing large enterprise relationships with retention and expansion.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate outputs into business value.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% and operate in a startup environment.
• Bonus: experience with real-time energy markets, dispatch optimization, battery storage, or energy trading.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship, adoption, and commercial outcomes for a book of enterprise accounts from signature onward.
• Drive revenue retention, lead renewals, protect gross retention, and identify and close in-footprint expansion.
• Serve as a trusted energy advisor, guiding customers on PPAs/VPPA portfolio management, invoice and settlement validation, generation forecasting, availability and production guarantees, and REC/EAC management.
• Run executive business reviews, build account health scoring, and manage senior stakeholder relationships up the org chart.
• Translate the platform’s analytical outputs into clear business value and confident reporting for customers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales on closed-won transitions and expansion, with Delivery on onboarding and implementation quality, and with Product to channel voice-of-customer into the roadmap.
• Be a driving force in Verse’s move into real-time dispatch intelligence and battery storage optimization as products scale.
• Own your metrics: revenue retention, renewal rate, customer health, and referenceable customers.
