Job summary

Verse is building an energy intelligence platform and seeks a hands-on technical support specialist to monitor real-time health, uptime, and telemetry across the battery fleet, ensuring SLA targets are met and alerting logic stays tuned.

You will be the daytime first point of contact for Sev 1-4 incidents, triaging and either resolving or escalating with a thorough handoff, plus onboard new sites and coordinate migrations with customer NOC.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in technical support, NOC, field service, or IT operations.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and ability to interpret logs/telemetry.
• Highly organized, independent, and genuinely interested in energy and battery storage.
