Job summary

Verse is building the energy intelligence platform for the AI economy, helping the world’s largest energy buyers achieve faster, cheaper, cleaner power. The Customer Success Manager will own enterprise relationships, drive adoption and renewals, and guide customers on PPA/VPPA and energy analytics from day one.

You’ll work in a lean Customer Success team and help shape how it scales, while contributing to real-time dispatch intelligence and battery storage projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success or account management for enterprise clients.
• Deep knowledge of renewable energy procurement (PPAs, RECs, VPPA).
• Experience managing large enterprise relationships and renewals.
• Ability to translate data outputs into business value.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel 20–30% to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship, adoption, and commercial outcomes for enterprise accounts.
• Lead renewals and expansion with revenue retention.
• Advise customers on PPA/VPPA, invoicing, forecasting, and REC/EAC management.
• Run executive business reviews and manage senior stakeholders.
• Translate analytics outputs into clear business value and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams.
• Support real-time dispatch intelligence and battery storage initiatives.
• Own metrics like revenue retention, renewal rate, and customer health.
