Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a customer-facing technical role to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts for a developer experience platform that powers interactive API documentation used by thousands of companies. You will operate between Sales and Engineering, handling implementation, adoption, renewal support, and expansion while serving as the deepest product expert for each account.

You will join customer calls, review OpenAPI specs, wire up CI/CD syncing via CLI or API, troubleshoot custom JS/CSS

Qualifications

• Reading OpenAPI specs and understanding HTML/CSS/JS workflows.
• Familiarity with SSO and authentication flows.
• Proficient use of Git and CLI for technical tasks.
• Ability to craft prompts and workflows with AI.
• Strong communication and multi-project management skills.
• Collaborates with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of enterprise accounts end to end, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Join customer calls like implementation kickoffs, working sessions, QBRs, and escalations.
• Act as product expert, answer questions in real time and debug with customers.
• Review OpenAPI specs, wire CI/CD syncing via CLI or API, troubleshoot custom JS/CSS and auth setups, prototype solutions.
